I approach teaching through a somewhat collective constructivist lens, especially as it relates to supporting preservice and in-service teachers with integrating technology into their own teaching and learning. I believe in experiencing methods and tools as a learner, both due to the empathy it builds for future students and the allowance it provides to engage as a novice. I design my lessons with the needs of the students in mind, trying to anticipate what could cause confusion and being prepared to think along as we try to solve an unanticipated problem.
